A new shopping centre project of 1.8 million square feet of retail and catering anchored by Auchan and two proposed department stores. The retail element is to fund the new Russian Aviation Museum, which is the physical identity of the project. The existing landing strip of the former airport is to be retained as being historically important. The project integrates with new housing, office, public park and sports facilities as part of the wider master-plan.
