One of the most successful shopping malls in Dubai required expansion Ð the project entailed the planning of 800,000 square feet incorporating a retail tenant mix comparable to Bond Street/Avenue Montaine with the introduction of quality restaurants and public spaces and gardens. The project creates synergy with an office tower, residential and leisure elements being built on site.
