On-going input on the retail & catering strategy for the office and residential users of Docklands.

Bi-annual review of the tenant mix strategy for Canary Wharf whereby a new phase of office and retail development has been completed each 2/3 years. User profiling and requirements evaluation and innovative retailer and catering mix strategy (50/50 retail/catering mix). The project has moved from ‘office worker utility’ in terms of offer to ‘destination retail/entertainment centre’ over the period with real critical mass.
