300,000 sq.ft. catering/leisure led development on the banks of The Seine within view of Notre Dame.

Proposed new catering and leisure development of circa 300,000 sq.ft. on the south bank of The Seine as part of a re-development project to comprise circa 5 million sq.ft. of office space plus residential. The advice to the client in a potential competitive bid was not to do so as the catering offer was phased before the office elements and therefore would be a short to medium term leasing and tenant project (better to buy as the second owner as the office comes on-stream).
