Development in a used chalk quarry in Kent next to Bluewater shopping centre (David Beale project from initiation 1989 to opening in 1997). The initial phase is 10,000 new quality homes with associated retail, catering and services, followed by Eurotunnel link to Europe and Central London and up to 5 million square feet of Office space plus associated retail/catering/services.
