Integration of existing mall into the heart of the town with extension and town centre planning.

The brief for this project was to extend the current centre that generates on the highest rents per square foot in the UK. The analysis maximised the extension and then identified a wider strategy for investment in the town that incorporated the inclusion of civic spaces, new cultural and social interactive areas as well as providing additional development projects for the client and a regeneration strategy for the local authority.
