Regional shopping centre in north east Paris with major garden element - department store driven.

The first new-generation shopping centre in France, being department store driven rather than hypermarket driven. The project of circa 1.5 million sq.ft. is to incorporate flagship stores second only to Central Paris and will provide a promenade boulevard and an open park within what is currently an orchard. Civic space is the premier criteria from the local authority Ð this is integrated into the restaurant frontage of the retail mall.
