4 million square feet mixed-use of retail (2.5m. sq.ft.), 3 hotels, office, leisure and residential.

A major extension of an existing development of a 1.2m. sq.ft. shopping centre and hotel/office development. The new phase is to introduce circa 1.3m. sq.ft. of retail that introduces flagship stores in a civic space environment together with two hotels and 1 million sq.ft. of offices. The rationale is to provide a day-out experience to compete with down-town KL and to be the dominant mall in the region.
