Regional centre for the south of France. 1.1m. sq.ft. of mall with river promenade and gardens

Conceived as the regional mall for the Cote D'Azure the centre is designed to introduce the glamour into a day-out shopping experience for both residents and tourists. Centre design is focused in providing the best of retail stores in an environment of social integration. The project includes a river frontage promenade with restaurants and leisure facilities. On the further bank is a formal garden of Versailles proportions to maximise a flood plane.
