An extension of La Defence in Paris as part of a wider development of 2 million sq.ft. of new office space and 3 million sq.ft. of new housing. Seine Arche is a development to comprise a new RER train station, 800,000 sq.ft. of office development and an integrated retail and leisure element of circa 300,000 sq.ft. The project integrates with the adjacent university and the surrounding residential buildings.
