Regional development opportunity to include up to 1 million sq.ft. of retail plus other mixed uses.

The concept development of the retail and dining element of a new harbour front in St Helier. This to integrate with two residential towers and one office tower and a new hotel. The brief was to identify a concept that did not compete with the town centre in retail terms and to identify a mix that has its own destinational status. Addidtional facilities that were identified were a new yacht club and a casino.
