Urban regeneration project - initial phase retail and residential followed by office and cultural.

Part of the re-generation of the East-End of London tied into the Eurotunnel link with France and wider Europe. The project will establish the site through a 1.5m. sq.ft. retail centre and with circa 4,000 new housing units. The existing shopping centreÕs strategy is also being assessed to ensure integration and viability. Once the location has this catalyst then other commercial elements will be developed including up to 5 million sq.ft. of office space.
