Mixed-use development of marina, hotel, retail and catering alongside new mega-yacht marina.

Successful competitive bid for Mega-yacht marina to house 50 yachts of 200 to 400 foot in length. 250,000 sq.ft. of retail with a market positioning of SOHO New York and “The children of Bal Harbour”, plus a 30 restaurant boulevard and two boutique hotels. The project encompasses the adjacent facilities of the Miami Children's Museum and Parrot Jungle.
